Team Leader – Cleaning Services (South East London)
Location: South East London
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

We are an established cleaning company based in South East London and are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a small team, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised, and able to lead by example to ensure consistently high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff
• Conduct on-site training and quality checks to maintain service standards
• Foster positive and professional relationships with clients
• Manage schedules, job allocations, and attendance
• Address and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Carry out cleaning duties where necessary
Requirements:
• Previous supervisory / team leader experience within the cleaning industry is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional and reliable with a strong work ethic
• A valid driving licence is desirable but not essential
