We were instructed to replace the flat roof to this single storey extension, as you can see the old one was in very poor condition and was also leaking into the extension itself.

With a lot of TLC and quality workmanship, you can see the before, during and after photos for yourself.

The client also wanted their gutters cleaned to the main roof and new white PVC gutters installed to the single storey extension. This is not the first time we carried out work for this client either, something different every time! 🙂

Before, during and after removing rotten and water damaged laminate flooring and the boards beneath. This meant disconnecting the basin plumbing as well as disconnecting the toilet and setting both aside.

We supplied and fitted new boarding and laid a stylish vinyl lino as chosen by the client. All in all a very successful project completed.

We also found the electric shower unit was loosely fitted which posed a health and safety hazard especially as it’s a rental property so we fixed that as well. Reinstalled the basin and toilet and sealed around all edges making the bathroom watertight.

Supplied and fitted a new stone effect worktop by disconnecting the hob and sink plumbing. Cut the relevant holes for hob and sink into the new worktop and fitted accordingly followed by reconnecting the hob and plumbing. All debris cleared up and disposed of and site left clean 🌺

A faulty fridge freezer disposed of and a brand new integrated fridge freezer installed. The old appliance was wired into the wall so we supplied and fitted a blank socket so the warranty of the new appliance was not jeopardised. New holes made to the integrated doors and all packaging and mess from works removed from site upon completion.

Lovely job to remove a fallen tree in Putney. It had knocked the gutter off the shed and there was a large amount of overgrowth on top of the shed and behind it which we also removed. Fitted the gutter back on and remove the stump as well, leaving a beautiful garden as it once was.
