Downsizing and moving on 🚐➡️🏃♂️
Anyone who knows me, or has followed Adrenify for a while, will know there have been plenty of times where I’ve said I felt like quitting.
And the truth is… I meant it 😅
Any time you’ve seen me complain, it wasn’t for attention, effect, or drama. It was because I was genuinely feeling the pressure and, to be honest, I was pi**ed off.
I’ve always tried to be an open book. I say things as they are, and I don’t like bullsh*tting anyone.
So here it is 👇
As of next week, Adrenify will be going down to one van, and the lads will be continuing the service without me 🚐💪
And honestly, I’m actually looking forward to it.
No more chasing payments 💸
No more endless admin 🧾
No more constantly scraping enough together to get wages, repairs, fuel, insurance, apps and everything else paid on time 🤯
The service will continue as normal for existing customers, so nobody needs to worry about that ✅
But with only one van running, there won’t be loads of space to keep adding new customers.
The round is now around 90% full, and some days are already full. So there will only be a few spaces left, and it will be up to the lads whether they want to take more customers on or not 🚐
When we put the price up by £1, we did lose enough customers to make it possible to run the round with one van instead of two.
So I’m taking that opportunity to run for the hills 😂🏃♂️
And being completely honest, I’ve been messed about enough to even think about going through another summer trying to fill a second van again.
People joining as regular customers, getting the worst first clean done, then cancelling after.
People messing around with payments.
People saying they want a proper regular service, then treating it like a one-off when it suits them.
No thanks 😅
The ball is back in our court now.
With one van, the lads won’t need to keep every customer just for the sake of trying to pay for two vans, three wages, fuel, repairs and everything else.
The forms are still coming in, and with limited space left, any p**s takers can be dropped and replaced with people who actually want the service properly.
That might sound blunt, but it’s the truth.
I just want to thank everyone who supported me getting Adrenify started 🙏
Whether you joined the service, left a review, recommended us, commented on posts, or just gave us a chance, I really do appreciate it.
With one van and two lads, they’ve inherited a decent little business 🚐👏
I did say I’d look after them, didn’t I.
As for me, I’m going to take a break, reset my head, and then come back with something bigger and better 🧠💻
Something that doesn’t need vans, endless expenses, repairs, fuel, manpower, and all the stress that comes with it.
I’ve got faith that just me, my laptop, and my ADHD brain will somehow muster up some genius business I can run without leaving the house or paying those fuel prices 😂
More details will follow tomorrow or Thursday by email to our customers 📧
There is no need to do anything at the moment. Your service will continue as normal ✅
Adrenify will live on without me, and our customers will still get the same service they’ve always had.
And yes, I’ll say it proudly… we were, and still are, the best bin cleaners in Liverpool, bar none 💪
So if you never got round to joining, you’ve probably missed your chance to experience the Adrenify difference 😅
Thanks again to everyone who has supported me.
It’s been hard, but I’m proud of what we built 💙🧡
