We had a last minute call out today tenant is moving in tomorrow. from getting the phone call to going to the job within in the hour.
Full flat clean hovered up skirting boards wiped down all doors and door trims wiped down windows cleaned inside. Bath room all cleaned kitchen cleaned and inside cupboards. All ready for the tenants tomorrow 😊. It’s amazing how it didn’t look like it needed hovering but the picture that I attached is just from one room 💥

LCS. Have been working in looe today doing some prep work on railings today ready for paint. We also cleared a old pallet and a pile of branches a site that is maintained by Liskeard Property Management.
