Customer says it’s only a 4 bedroom house and quoted on the phone. 😩 well it’s was 4 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, 6 toilets , 2 kitchens , 2 living rooms , 1 study, larder room, laundry room, swimming pool, guest house. 😩😩 memo to self don’t ever quote over the phone 😂 this one nearly killed me 😂 all cleaned and already for the next owners
