Re-routed all plumbing inc moving toilet and basin to new locations.
Wall mounted shower with built in waterfall features.
Wall mounted basin.
Wall mounted toilet.
Towel rail.

TILING
1200 x 450mm wall tiles
800 x 800mm floor tiles
600 x 600mm feature basin wall

LIGHTING
Down lights.
In-line extractor fan with LED light.
Vertical LED lights built into tiles at both sides of wall mounted basin.
Recessed seamless RGB LED strip lights.

🥳 We are delighted that we now have a brand new kitchen on the top level known as "The Useful Space" complete with crockery, kettles, fridges and a dishwasher. Just take a look at the pictures below of the before and after of The Useful Space!

We're so excited to be able to offer this new space to our groups 😄

A big shout out and thanks to The National Lottery Community Fund whose generous grant has helped to make this development possible, and also to Derek and his team from Trades 4 U for their fab workmanship!

Recently completed 3 Bedroom full house Refurb in West Fife.
Video of completed work throughout the property with some before photos, which I will add into the comments too..
(You can see work carried out for the kitchen & Bathroom in previous posts)

New kitchen & Bathroom ✅
All rooms Plastered & mist coated ✅
Full re-wire ✅
Relocate combi bolier ✅
New Radiators ✅
New doors and joinery work completed throughout ✅

The client is still the painting to be carried out and carpets to be fitted.

On a final note Trades 4 U like other businesses has had to adapt and overcome some of the challenges that the pandemic has created. So over the the past 2 years (basically since the pandemic kicked off) most of our work has been carrying out full house refurbs for various clients, it can be challenging at times but the flip side it’s very rewarding to see the end result 👌
