Only 22 places left now for this Friday's St Aidan's 10K race. There are however loads of places available for the 'Reverse' 10K at the same venue on the following Friday.

Good news: the Sluice of Despond’ looks particularly deep this year, which will be handy for washing off all the mud.
Disappointingly, the causeway isn’t actually underwater at the moment, but you can’t have everything 🤣
