I’m so happy to share that I’ve achieved my NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Awareness of Mental Health Problems! 🥹🤍

This is so important to me as I now have an improved understanding in aspects of mental health such as Bipolar, Depression, PTSD, Schizophrenia & more. This helps me to understand people more and how it affects people🤍

It feels nice knowing that i've helped people so far since creating The Calm Reset, even messaging and asking for help is a huge step🫶🏻

Please don't hesitate to message me if you need help within your home💗

I am now back🫶🏻

I've gone quiet the last couple of months due to finishing my course which is now complete. I am now recharged and I am now ready to help a lot more people out🤍

This can be by a tidy up, sorting cupboards out, making spaces more manageable. Helping people means a lot to me. I love making a difference💗

The course has given me a better understanding with those suffering with mental health. Whether you're going through grief, have a medical condition that restricts you or just genuienly need help. Please don't hesitate to contact me. I will always try my best to help you💕

✨ This is your reminder that progress doesn’t have to be perfect 🧼💛

A clean sink might seem small to some people, but when you’re struggling mentally, even little tasks can feel overwhelming.
That’s why i'm here — to help create calm, comfort, and a fresh start without judgement.

One clean space at a time 🫧

Hello everyone 👀

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the support and lovely messages I’ve received so far — I’m honestly blown away by how much this has grown in less than 24 hours 🤍

I really wanted to do something a little different and make a positive difference for people who need it 🥰

Today I completed my first clean & chat! I received a message yesterday from someone who works full time and needed a hand cleaning and decluttering their downstairs. We had such a lovely chat while I got everything sorted, and it was so rewarding to help 💫

It really is the small things that can make the biggest difference in someone’s day ✨

Please bear with me while I continue working behind the scenes — getting my qualifications, DBS, and cleaning supplies all sorted so I can properly get started ✨

Thank you again for all your support, it truly means the world 🤍 I can’t wait to clean and chat with many more of you soon!
