Hi, my name is Jo and I own a Professional Mould Removal Company. We are growing quite quickly and are looking to expand our Team of Mould Remediation Technicians.
We are a small, friendly business covering in and around London, offering SELF-EMPLOYED roles for an immediate start.
We are looking to put together teams of self-employed Technicians covering London (mainly the Barnet area). The role will be working in domestic properties and will involve the cleaning and removal of Mould. Full training and PPE will be given.
We are looking for extremely thorough and proactive people who take pride in doing a good job, isn't afraid of hard work and who can work well as part of a team. You must be able to use your own initiative when working independently. You must be able to work on a self-employed basis, have a Full, Clean UK Drivers Licence including your own transport.
This role offers high flexibility and would suit those looking to pick up extra hours around their current work patterns or around childcare responsibilities. Due to the nature of the work and depending on property size and condition there will be part and full days available (no weekend work). We are offering a minimum of £13 per hour, negotiable depending on experience.
We may offer guaranteed hours once your abilities are proven and there is the opportunity to progress to a team leader/supervisory role.
You must be able to:
Operate to checklists and defined scope of works
Demonstrate competency in your approach to jobs
Undertake job completion reports, to include taking photos.
Use chemicals and cleaning equipment safely
Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines and Personal Protective Equipment.
Work efficiently to time schedules
Requirements:
Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided).
A keen eye for detail
DBS check or willing to obtain
High levels of self-motivation, and the ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong team-working ability
Ability to handle equipment and machinery used to complete cleans, some of which may be heavy
Be physically fit, with the ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
UTR number for Self Employment or willingness to resister
What we offer:
