Did you know that we also offer solar panel cleaning services for our regular customers?

General dust, debris and even bird droppings could be making your solar panels seriously mucky.

Keeping your panels clean could be essential to making sure that you are generating as much power as possible. And with electricity prices the way they are, every little bit extra helps.

Another update from us!

As of tomorrow, we have taken the decision that we feel it is now safe for us to resume working. As previously stated, we have extremely limited interaction with our customers and we will continue to accept bank transfer or cheque payments (which must be placed in an agreed safe area prior to our arrival).

At the current time, we cannot accept cash payments - this is because we are unable to make deposits at the bank (cheques can be cashed in online and posted directly to the bank).

Until the schools go back, we will be operating limited hours (we won't be working on Mondays). We know that many of you will be hoping to have your windows cleaned ASAP - in fairness, we will pick up our round from where we ceased working back at the end of March. As we cope with our backlog, we'll be unable to do any additional cleaning jobs (such as gutters, conservatory roofs etc) unless it was agreed prior to the lockdown.

As usual, we will contact you all to let you know when we are likely to come round.

Thank you for your patience (and kind words) during this time.

This is just a quick update from us. We've had a few customers enquire as to whether we can continue working or not at this moment.

The official guidance is that technically yes, we are allowed to remain working - the rules only state to work from home *if possible*. There is no legislation which says that key workers are the only businesses allowed to remain working outside of the home.

However, we have taken the decision that we will continue to remain at home for the next few weeks and we will review this again at the end of the month. Hopefully the situation will look more positive at this time. Although we have extremely limited face-to-face interaction with our customers, we believe it's more important for us to stay safe at home - both for our family but also for our customers.

Over the last few weeks, we've received many kind words and messages from our customers and we appreciate your understanding and support. As soon as we believe that it's safe and appropriate for us to resume working, we'll be out there as soon as we can.

In the meantime, please stay safe!

As you know we’ve been paying close attention to the rules surrounding covid-19. Unfortunately following last nights announcement we’ve taken the decision to temporarily stop working for the next three weeks.

The safety of our family and our customers is the biggest priority and whilst we had ceased all face-to-face contact over the last few weeks, this feels like the right decision.

We’ll review the situation again in three weeks time - as soon as it’s safe to do so, we’ll be back up and running.

The best thing that anyone can do in this situation is to follow the rules and stay at home. The sooner everyone does this, the sooner the crisis ends.

Thanks

Dan

Like everyone, we’ve been paying attention to the latest updates regarding

At present, we have limited interaction with many of our customers who are often at work whilst we arrive to clean your windows. However, we would like to reiterate that we do wear gloves during the day and wash our hands regularly. However as the virus could continue to spread, we have taken the decision to no longer accept cash payments. This is partly to limit public interaction but also because there are still concerns that the Coronavirus could be spread via banknotes.

The official guidance from the WHO is to always wash hands after handling money.

We will continue to operate as normal however payments will only be via bank transfer. If you require our bank payment details, please contact Dan directly either via FB or text 07850451293

We apologise for any inconvenience.
