Unfortunately today I had the unfortunate experience where a person was asking for a valet job and I went through the process with this person as I usually do with the customers that use my services daily.
However upon the prices being suggested by me and obviously not seeing the vehicle in person they were given a break down of what it might cost.
It’s becoming apparent times are tough for a lot of people and obviously my business is niche as it is a luxury and not always a necessity to have a valet and I absolutely get that.
But when someone tries to barter with you to bring the price down or they’ll go somewhere else, then by all means go elsewhere. I will not and never give in to chancers trying to save a few quid because as you see the list on the photo of what it costs to run a business.
This person was extremely rude and disrespectful but I was the consummate professional that people know me to be. Please don’t barter with IGT Valeting because a refusal will often offend and my business is now into its sixth year so I’m doing something right
