Yesterday had a slightly more awkward job, the roof on the rear of the property had ivy on top growing into the loft area causing damage to tiles and the soffits facia and gutter. Job done today, Brand new town house barley 2 years old the outlet was blocked and the box gutter, no kick batten installed under the tiles causing leaks to the front bedroom, but now all cleaned, batten installed under the tiles, outlet unblocked and epdm lined box gutter Resealed in Fix - R liquid waterproofing job done using a cherry picker 👍🏼
