Job Opportunity: Fire and Flood Technician
๐ Location: Based near Knaresborough and covering:
Wharfdale & surrounding areas, Hambelton & Cleveland Hills,
Darlington and Rural areas.
๐ Employment Type: Full-Time | 40 hours/week (09.00 โ 17:30)

Rainbow Restoration is one of the UKโs leading disaster recovery and specialist cleaning companies.
You will work on varied and rewarding restoration projects for both domestic and commercial clients, helping them recover from fire, flood, and other property damage across a wide geographic area.
๐ง Key Responsibilities:
* Attend sites affected by fire, flood, and other disasters to carry out restoration works
* Strip out damaged materials and set up drying regimes
* Complete daily risk assessments and follow health and safety procedures
* Work both independently and as part of a team
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain respectful conduct on all properties
* Be flexible to adapt to changing workloads and client needs

What Weโre Looking For:
* Hardworking, conscientious, and adaptable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good DIY or building knowledge is a plus โ but not essential
* Full UK driving licence required

๐งฐ Training & Development:
* BDMA-certified (British Damage Management Association) preferred but not essential as full training will be provided through our tailored City & Guilds Rainbow Restoration Professional Training Program
* Gain certification through a mix of on-the-job training, toolbox talks, e-learning, and off-site courses at our Central Office in Nottinghamshire
