One of our deep cleans this week…

Cleaning this beautiful old home, getting it spotless, fresh and ready to go on the market 🧼✨

From years of built-up grime to bringing it back to sparkling — it’s all in the details! 🏡🤍

Found a little piece of history on one of our jobs this week… 🫢📰

A newspaper from 1995 — over 30 years ago!

I was 3 years old when these newspapers were used as underlay 🤣

It got us thinking… how many happy memories, family moments and stories have these walls witnessed over the years? ❤️

Love the things we find in empty homes 🏡

What a week we’ve had with 1 particular holiday let 🤦🏾‍♀️

Friday we get a call from the owner who was trying to enjoy a holiday in America, a burst pipe and water pouring out down the wall, through the sockets and an absolutely soaked carpet. 😳

Immediately called the Plumber, turned the electrics off, removed the carpet, sourced an industrial dehumidifier. Moved the loveliest most understanding guests that were suppose to be checking in, into another property. 🙈

I’m honestly blown away and so grateful for…

David Swailes for such a prompt service, minimal damage to the walls, running heating and hot water again like nothing had ever happened and absolutely amazing service!!

Burncliffe electircals in hexham for coming up and making sure everything was dried out and safe to use… again absolutely amazing service thank you for squeezing us in!!

JW Carpets Hexham for coming up with such short notice measuring and fitting us a brand new beautiful carpet. Again absolutely fantastic service!

Steven Arnup for decorating advice, (not finished yet), a lovely local handyman for putting a temporary fix in the holes. Waughy for the dehumidifier, it’s been a life saver!! And last but not least Connor Robson for baring with the chaos, cracking on while I made what felt like 1 million phone calls, removing carpets, moving furniture, cleaning the same rooms multiply times, putting up with my wild diy and painting attempts. Any of my lovely clients that Had their cleaning times moved ever so slightly to allow us to get this sorted. 🥰

Andrew who had to put up with me forgetting all about the time difference in America on multiple occasions and probably waking him up. 🤣

We’ve had guests checking in today and non of this would have been possible without the help of the most amazing local trades. The biggest thank you ever to you all. 😁😁😁

Never in any doubt we’d pull this off 🤣🫣

Another stunning deep clean today ✨

Lots of beautiful bathrooms sparkling clean again. 😁

Deep cleans focus on built-up limescale, soap scum, and bacteria from every surface, and hard-to-reach corners that regular weekly cleaning misses ✨

Deep cleans are time consuming, super detailed and tick off all the jobs off your list that you never get round to do doing 👏🏼

Today we started a deep clean for a lovely couple that are new to the area, starting with a fresh base that’s easy to keep on top of ✨

Be honest when you stay somewhere and have a good experience how often do you take the time to leave a review? 🤔

I bet you your quicker to leave a negative review if you have a bad experience than a positive if you’d had a good experience… 🤭

This was a lovely review that was left from today’s guests that checked out. Someone taking the time to write in the book really makes our day, makes all our hard work feel appreciated. 🤍

Things are crazy busy at the moment, we’ve been flat out all week on deep cleans, commercials, domestics and holiday let’s. When I’ve not been cleaning this week, I’ve been doing a lot of paper work for tenders, updating of policies, and finishing yet another training course. 😮‍💨

I’ve been to view a lot of bigger jobs and got all quote sent out. 📋

We’ve enjoyed a Saturday off and are back to work tomorrow with more holiday let change overs ✨

We’ve set up a what’s app chat for any last minute slots available, if you’d like to be added to it then send me a message with your number. 📲
