Today, we’re proud to officially announce that Malcolm Dunn has stepped into the role of Technical Director at Pestforce UK.

Over the past five years, Malcolm has built an outstanding business across Northumberland as a franchisee within the Pestforce network, earning a strong reputation locally through hard work and a genuine commitment to customer service.

Throughout his time within the network, Malcolm has consistently demonstrated the standards, attitude, and leadership qualities that make a real difference, not only within his own business, but across the wider Pestforce network as well.

As Technical Director, Malcolm will play a key role in supporting our franchisees, strengthening operational standards, and helping drive the Pestforce brand forward as we continue to grow across the UK.

Whilst Malcolm takes on this new role, Pestforce Northumberland will continue operating as normal with the fantastic local team he has built around him.

Malcolm said:
“Over the past five years, I’ve worked incredibly hard to build a strong business with a great team around me, so to now step into the role of Operations & Technical Director at Pestforce UK is something I’m extremely proud of.

Goodbye and thank you Natalie 💙

As many will already know, Natalie Bungay will be leaving Pestforce UK to rejoin the British Pest Control Association as Head of Membership & Technical.

Natalie has supported so many people across the network with her technical knowledge, professionalism and genuine care for others, and has become a hugely valued part of the wider Pestforce family.

We completely support Natalie and the opportunity to rejoin and fulfil a role within an organisation that has played such a significant part in her professional journey.

In Natalie’s own words:
“Leaving Pestforce was not an easy decision. I’ve genuinely loved being part of such a passionate, driven and supportive network, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved together. From developing technical standards and training initiatives, to supporting franchisees across the UK, it’s been a privilege to work alongside so many dedicated people who care deeply about professionalism in our industry.”

Whilst we will miss working with Natalie day to day, we’re excited to continue working alongside her within the industry moving forward.
