This customer had been suffering and living with rat activity for years. Many companies came along and placed down poison, never getting to the root cause of the infestation and leaving a vulnerable old man with rats decomposing under his units. We removed 6 carcasses, so you can imagine the extent of this infestation. GOLD carried out a 4-part riddance programme, attending once per week over the month to catch and eradicate the infestation. We then removed all kitchen units, carried out in-depth proofing, sealing entry points with a combination of wire mesh, fire cement, and aluminum plates, and carried out a deep clean, removing all infested items, carcasses, and nesting materials. We carried out disinfection fog to kill 99.99% of diseases and germs left behind from the rodent urine and f***s. We then put the kitchen back as if it hadn’t been touched.
