🚨 DRIVE-THRU CAR WASHES… A DETAILER’S NIGHTMARE! 😂🚗

Being busy meant my own car’s paintwork had been neglected for a few weeks, so I decided to sacrifice it for educational purposes. The results? Painful viewing for any detailer! 🤢

❌ Pre-wash: Left to dwell for a grand total of 8.5 seconds. Plenty of time for absolutely nothing!

🧽 The sponge: Wheels, paintwork, wheels again… I’m fairly certain I heard my clear coat screaming. 😂

💦 The rinse: Quick payment, quick wash, and away you go!

The damage? Scratches, swirls and a very unhappy Supreme Team. All for £8… bargain, right? 😅

Even worse, this car was ceramic coated. Harsh chemicals and poor washing techniques can compromise your protection prematurely.

Would anyone like to see a video of what a drive thru car wash does to your paintwork? Can’t believe I’m saying this but, willing to do it for educational purposes 🤢

My personal vehicle needs a good exterior clean due to the recent storms. Paintwork is in exceptional condition barring the front end (storm broke a fence which landed on the bonnet) but we can show the rest of the vehicle.
