ANOTHER HOME, ANOTHER FRESH START 💛🖤

We were asked to support a vulnerable client who is currently in hospital, giving their home some much-needed TLC following a difficult period with their physical and mental health.

This was not just a clean.

The full kit was on, PPE was in place, and the team got straight to work. There was heavy grime and faeces throughout the property, and it was clear that this home had been affected by how difficult things had become for the client.

But here at Katella Cleaning Services, we don’t judge.
We don’t ask, “How did it get this bad?”

We ask, “How can we help?” ❤️

We worked through the property, room by room, bringing it back to a cleaner, safer and more manageable home for when our client is ready to return.

❤️ SOMETIMES, IT’S NOT JUST A CLEAN… IT’S A CRY FOR HELP.

Every day, we see the battles people are facing behind closed doors.

People who have moved out of their homes.
People who have been admitted to hospital long-term.
People who have become overwhelmed.
People who have lost their way.
People who have stopped being able to cope.

And sometimes… there are a million different reasons why a home has reached the point it has.

But behind every home is a person.

And that person deserves compassion.
They deserve to be listened to.
They deserve to be treated with dignity.
And most importantly, they deserve to know they are not alone.

❤️ This is why I changed the direction of my business.

I didn’t want Katella Cleaning Services to simply be about cleaning houses.

I wanted us to be about helping people get their lives and their homes back.

We work alongside Local Authorities, Social Services and Housing Providers to support tenants and clients who may be struggling.

We don’t judge.

We don’t walk into a home and make someone feel ashamed.

We walk in and ask:

“How can we help?”

Our goal is to make the home a safe place again. 🏠❤️

Because we need to understand the situation.

We need to see what support is required.

And we need to meet the person — not just see the property.

Sometimes picking up that phone is the hardest thing you’ll do.

Maybe you’re embarrassed.
Maybe you’re scared of being judged.
Maybe you’ve been hiding what’s happening behind your front door for months or even years.

Scrubbed and cleaned perfectly from one of our team.
The box at the back has been cleaned but just needs painted.✅

Caring for our clients this was very happy with the results .
