End of Tennancy cleans terms and conditions

We will now no longer book your end of tenancy’s without seeing the job first and u will be quoted for the job once we’ve had a pre visit.

A 50% deposit up front will now be taken before your booking is booked you will have already met us and will be invoiced as proof of the 50% deposit being paid then the final 50% will need to be paid within 24hours of completion failure to pay your remaining invoice a £20 daily late payment fee will be added to your account if this invoice is still not paid within 7 days including the late payment fee then it will be be taken to court and you will then have court fees added we document all our work that’s completed with before and after photo evidence

We work hard keeping everyone happy arranging our cleans to suit all your needs not just end of Tennancy cleans for people to think it’s ok to pay for our services as and when it suits them this is not acceptable we work for a living and this is some of our full times jobs who rely on these jobs to pay bills and fees there family’s

Can everyone take note please that when we invoice you there is a date set for it to be paid which is on the day we have sent you your invoice and completed our work if you do not pay this invoice on time you will be charged a 20% fee I have employees that have to be paid that work hard to complete your cleans waiting for payments to be made that are not paid on time increases more time for me chasing these invoices please bare this in mind if you don’t pay you will be charged for my time chasing your invoice
