The customer was keen to receive a quote, but also wanted a test spot cleaned first. I applied one treatment to this wall to show the excellent results we can achieve.

We went on to clean the whole building and the customer was delighted as he was planning to pay for scaffolding and two workers which would have taken 3 months to paint the walls (very large building!)

We completed the clean in three days for a fraction of the cost.

The painted render was covered in black algae. We used three treatments, the first two brought the paint back to its original bright fresh colour, the third treatment has a residual benefit, it helps to keep the render clean for years to come. The whole process only takes a few hours to apply. - (We NEVER use a pressure washer in this treatment as it can damage the render)

This K rend wall was infested with black algae.
The customer was very impressed with the results achieved in one day using our soft-wash biocide.

Using an excellent cleaning product we treat the green algae, then rinse with clean water. Our fascia and soffit clean also includes a free window clean as well.

We were able to remove the heavy black algae from this rendered property. A much quicker and cheaper solution than scaffolding and redecorating!

This K rend was covered in black algae. Using a softwash product I was able to get the results shown within a day. The customer was delighted.
I also then followed up by using a different product that keeps the render clean for years to come.
