🌞 Important Update for Our Clients 🌞

With the exceptionally hot weather forecast this week, we have made the difficult decision to pause all afternoon cleans. The health and wellbeing of our team is our top priority, and working in these temperatures can become unsafe.

We will continue with morning appointments where possible, however, depending on the weather conditions and how our staff are coping with the heat, we may unfortunately have to cancel or rearrange some morning cleans at short notice.

We understand this may cause some inconvenience and sincerely apologise. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and support while we navigate the heatwave and ensure our team stays safe.

☀️ A little message regarding cleans during the hot weather ☀️

As much as we always aim to keep to schedule and provide the best service possible, the current temperatures are making cleaning conditions extremely difficult and, at times, unsafe.

Cleaning is very physical work and many homes can become extremely hot throughout the day, especially when using cleaning products, hot water, lifting, and moving around constantly.

Over the next few days, we may need to: • Slightly shorten some cleans
• Adjust arrival times
• Rearrange appointments where necessary
• Take additional water/rest breaks throughout the day

The safety and wellbeing of our team has to come first, and we have a responsibility to make sure everyone is working safely in these temperatures. We would much rather make small adjustments than risk anybody becoming unwell while working in the heat.

We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and continued support during this hot weather 💚

The parts of cleaning no one talks about 🥹

How physical it actually is. ❤️

The bending, lifting, scrubbing, climbing, and being on your feet for hours straight. 👀

How fast you’re expected to work while still making everything look perfect.☺️

The pressure of trying to get every detail done in a limited amount of time. 🙌

Walking into spaces that haven’t been properly cleaned in months and knowing it all falls on you to fix.💯

Going from job to job with barely enough time to sit down, eat, or catch your breath.🙃

People see the finished home.
The shiny counters.
The vacuum lines.
The spotless bathroom.
But they don’t see the sore backs, tired hands, sweat, exhaustion, or mental pressure behind it.

Cleaning is real work.
And a lot of cleaners push through more than people realize just to make someone else’s home feel peaceful again.

That’s something to be proud of. 💚
