* Towel presentation.
* Welcome pack placements ( to be discussed with owner)
*Toiletry/ essentials replenishment
* Exterior entrance sweep.
* Cobweb removal and dusting of skirting boards.
* Interior spot checks.
* Property inspection for damage / maintenance checks.
