A message from Claire 💛💙

When I started Lean On Me, I had a clear vision: to reach people in our Gloucester community who felt lost, overlooked or let down by services, and ensure they felt valued, heard and supported.

Never did I imagine that, along the way, I would have the honour of planning and delivering a funeral for one of those very special people.

Some of the people we support have no family around them. We may be the only familiar faces they see, the people they trust and the ones who show up when they need someone most. That is a responsibility I will never take lightly.

Today, my two companies, Lean On Me and Clean On Me, stood side by side to say farewell to someone who meant so much to us.

What an honour it has been to be part of their life, to share those memories and to be there for their final goodbye.

To both my care team and my cleaning team: thank you. For your dedication, your kindness and the support you give, even on the hardest days. Without you all, none of this would be possible.

We are one team, with one vision. 💛💙
