Home Helpers Commercial & Domestic Cleaners Ltd is looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role. We are looking for someone who is prepared to lead from the front, support staff, maintain high standards, and step in where needed to ensure our customers receive an excellent service.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and supporting cleaning staff
• Training and mentoring new team members
• Conducting quality inspections and spot checks
• Covering holidays, sickness, and emergency shifts
• Leading deep cleans and larger projects
• Assisting with recruitment and staff onboarding
• Managing customer queries and resolving issues
• Ensuring company standards are maintained across all sites

Requirements:
• Previous cleaning management or supervisory experience
• Commercial cleaning experience essential
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Own vehicle essential
• Willing to travel across Gloucestershire

Benefits:

We currently have two vacancies available:

📍 Hempsted, Gloucester
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 9:00am to 10:00am
• 3 hours per week
• £13.00 per hour
• £39.00 per week

📍 Gloucester Royal Hospital Area
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
• 3:30pm to 7:00pm
• Wednesday
• 5:00pm to 7:00pm
• 16 hours per week
• £13.00 per hour
• £208.00 per week

What we're looking for:
• Reliable and punctual individuals
• High attention to detail
• Able to work independently
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Commercial office cleaning experience essential for the hospital-area position
• Friendly and professional attitude

Both locations are easily accessible by public transport.

Home Helpers Cleaner is looking for a reliable and detail-focused cleaner to join our growing team covering Gloucester and Cheltenham.

Pay:
• Up to £14 per hour employed, depending on experience
• £15 per hour self-employed (you will be responsible for your own tax and insurance)

This role is focused on Airbnb and holiday let cleaning, where attention to detail is essential. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can consistently deliver high standards.

Requirements:
• Full driving licence
• Own vehicle
• Able to travel throughout Gloucester and Cheltenham
• Available to work weekends
• Strong eye for detail and high cleaning standards
