We don’t know what the cleaning protocol for Costa is or why this particular branch had the issues exposed by this Channel 4 documentary .... but it made us think of conversations we have regularly with businesses about how traditional methods of spray and wiping surfaces is just not enough

Cleaning with bleach based sprays and wiping with a cloth for example is most commonly used but is often ineffective.
