🚨 Client Notice – New Booking Policy

Due to a high number of last-minute cancellations recently, we unfortunately have to introduce a new policy for certain services.

For one-off cleans, oven cleans, and carpet/upholstery cleaning, a deposit will now be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Please note the following:• 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.• Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the deposit being lost.

When appointments are cancelled last minute, it leaves empty spaces in the diary that could have been offered to other clients. This small change helps protect our time and keeps our schedule running fairly for everyone.
