Please read our terms of service in full before engaging with our website. The terms contained in this document (Trading Terms) apply to all transactions for the purchase of products and services (each a “Service” or, two or more, the “Services”) from the Site. By ordering any Services fr
om our Site you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Trading Terms. They form a legal agreement between you and us and can only be amended with our consent.
1) Booking(s):
1.1 We accept bookings via Facebook, Email and over the phone.
1.2 Bookings are not complete without full deposit payment within the confirmed timeframe.
1.3 We reserve the right to cancel any booking without notice should it be in the interest of the business, or should the deposit or prepayment be insufficient.
1.4 Ongoing services and/or appointments may be made in person, however, deposit may still be requested at a later date to secure the booking.
1.5 Bookings can be cancelled via Facebook, email and over the phone.
1.6 Any quotation or estimate of fees is valid for a maximum of 14 days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.
1.7 Bookings must be made by the customer themselves, any bookings for a third party or business must be disclosed to us and separate terms and conditions may be provided. Third party bookings will also require confirmation and/or deposit payment from the intended client.
2) Deposits:
2.1 Deposits must be made in full within the stipulated timeframe in order to secure a booking.
2.2 Partial or incomplete deposits will not constitute full deposit payment, your booking may be cancelled if the full deposit payment is not made and you may forfeit any partial payments made in lieu of deposit payment.
2.3 Cancellation less than 72 hrs prior to an appointment will forfeit the deposit.
2.4 Deposits are redeemable from the price of services unless otherwise stimulated in writing
3) Payment:
3.1 Payment must be made in full on completion of services, where the client is present and satisfied with the service provided.
3.2 Payment should be made via the method agreed upon at booking.
3.3 We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments as is customary under UK law.
3.4 We reserve the right to request payment upfront where we see fit.
3.5 Repeated late payments may result in future bookings being cancelled.
3.6 In the unlikely event that the price of an item or service has been incorrectly advertised on our Site, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed with the order/booking at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the booking. Unless we have already confirmed your order/booking, we will not be obliged to supply Services at the incorrect price.
3.7 We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by email. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by email. Any such loss shall be entirely your responsibility.
4) General:
4.1 Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Trading Terms.
4.2 If any part of these Trading Terms is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Trading Terms shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
4.3 A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.
