Cosmos Cleaning are Edinburgh and the Central Belt’s deep cleaning specialists. We restore homes from top to bottom with a level of detail most simply don’t offer.
We have a particular passion for period properties, carefully bringing original features, woodwork, fixtures and fittings back to life while preserving their character. Whether a property is tired, neglected, heavily soiled, preparing for sale, recently purchased, post-renovation or simply overdue for a proper reset, we transform homes back to their best.
Our approach goes far beyond wiping surfaces and running a vacuum around the room. We clean the structure of the home as thoroughly as the contents within it. Every room is assessed, detailed and meticulously cleaned using the most appropriate methods for each surface, often involving a multi-stage process of treatment, washing, scrubbing, drying and polishing.
We clean walls, skirting boards, doors, frames, handles, switches, sockets, radiators, window frames, windows, blinds, shutters, light fittings, stoves, ovens, extractor fans, sanitaryware, taps, all appliances, cupboards, furniture, ornaments, mirrors, pictures and every surface in between. We move furniture where practical, clean underneath and behind it, remove cushions, vacuum deep into crevices, detail wood grain, eliminate built-up dirt and restore neglected areas that are often overlooked.
From kitchen plinths to the tops of cupboards, from inside radiators to behind appliances, from bathroom grout to intricate period woodwork, we actively search for dirt and remove it. Nothing is cleaned superficially. Nothing is missed because it is inconvenient to reach.
Our reputation has been built on meticulous attention to detail, exceptional standards and a genuine belief that every home deserves to look, feel and function at its very best.
If you’re looking for a cleaner, we’re probably not for you.
