High ceilings. Wooden doors. A log burner in the kitchen.

Every proper Edinburgh flat seems to have a room like this.

The place where new tenants will end up drinking coffee on winter mornings.

Where dinners turn into long conversations.

Where the kitchen slowly becomes the heart of the flat.

Preparing Edinburgh homes for their next chapter.

✨ Pre-tenancy cleaning across Edinburgh.

We lose clients over these 3 things — and we’re okay with that.

We refuse to:

• Underquote the job just to win the booking
• Rush a clean that realistically needs more time
• Lower the standard to fit an unrealistic budget

After years in lettings, we know exactly what gets flagged during inspections — and we know cutting corners always costs someone later.

Not every client is the right fit for us.

But if you want an end of tenancy clean done properly the first time, that’s what we do.

“Can’t you just wipe that down?”

Not if you want your deposit back.

Traditional properties take far longer to clean properly because dirt builds up deep into skirtings, frames and detailed woodwork over years.

A quick wipe-over might look clean on video...
.but it won’t pass a proper checkout inspection.

That’s why we scrub, detail and hand-finish every surface properly.

Most cleaners clean for appearance.

We clean for checkout standard.

Running an end of tenancy cleaning company is certainly character building.

We recently arrived at a property to discover:
• no hot water
• disconnected kitchen pipes
• and the only working tap was a tiny bathroom sink that couldn't even fit a kettle underneath it

So we filled plastic cups from the sink... to fill kettles... to boil water... to fill buckets... just to get started.

The reality is, after years in this industry, you learn to expect the unexpected - and come prepared for it.

Not every challenge delays a clean.
But every challenge changes how you have to work.
Despite the chaos, the property was still delivered to check-in standard.

We don’t just clean properties.

We prepare them for the next chapter.

I was sitting here tonight, hair scraped up, glass of wine, absolutely exhausted… thinking about something.

I’ve spent years in sales.I’ve sold millions of pounds worth of property, I’ve let millions more.I’ve managed teams, worked under pressure, chased targets, closed deals.

But do you know what genuinely gives me the biggest sense of satisfaction?

Walking into a property after my team and I have finished transforming it.

Seeing somewhere go from neglected, stressful, overwhelming…to fresh, calm, ready for someone’s next chapter.

And I know to some people it’s “just cleaning.”But after years in property, I know it’s so much more than that.

I know how much people notice when they walk through the door.I know what agents look for.I know how a property feels when it’s been properly cared for.

There’s something really rewarding about making a visible difference to someone’s home, investment, move, or fresh start.

But I think part of it is this too:

For years, I helped grow other businesses.Built results for other people.Worked hard for someone else’s vision.

This is the first thing that’s truly mine.

And seeing something we’ve built make a real difference to people and properties…that feeling is hard to describe.

After all the years I spent in sales and property…

I never expected this would be the work that felt the most meaningful to me.

But it is.

The difference is in the details. 👀

This hidden grease buildup above the kitchen cabinets had to be scraped off by hand during yesterday’s end-of-tenancy clean.

It’s why we take our standards seriously — even in the places nobody sees.

Sometimes, end of tenancy cleans feel less like work… and more like opening the door to another era.

Behind this wardrobe wasn’t Narnia.
It was something rarer.

A stunning vintage Compactom wardrobe, untouched elegance hidden in plain sight. The craftsmanship absolutely stopped us in our tracks — handcrafted compartments for socks, labelled sections for “soft collars” and “braces”, intricate tie hooks, secret drawers, and details you just don’t see anymore.

You can tell this piece belonged to a time when people built furniture to last generations, not just trends.

Honestly, finding treasures like this is one of the unexpected joys of the job. One day it’s forgotten clutter… the next it’s a piece of history sitting quietly behind a wardrobe door.

✨ Sometimes we don’t just clean properties.
✨ Sometimes we uncover stories.

You’d be surprised how much grime hides where nobody looks .

That dark cross wasn’t damage... it was thick greasy dust underneath the stool seat.

One cleaned. One not cleaned yet.

The details matter - especially on end of tenancy cleans.

Would you have picked it up?

Three years ago when I started this business, I genuinely thought we were just providing a cleaning service.

What I didn’t expect was the emotional side of it all.

Over the years, we’ve cleaned homes during house moves, fresh starts, stressful periods, difficult goodbyes, and big life changes. And somewhere along the way, I realised that what we do is often about far more than cleaning.

On Friday, we carried out a pre-sale clean for a lovely lady who was preparing to leave the home she’d lived in for 30 years.

After we’d finished, she walked through the house and said:

✨ “It’s like angel dust has been sprinkled in every room.”

Honestly, that comment has stayed with me all weekend. Literally lived rent free in my head. On the days that are tough, this is exactly what keeps me going.

I think when you first set up a business like this, you focus on the practical side; getting results, working hard, building a company.

But what I’ve come to realise is that sometimes people don’t just need help with the cleaning itself. They need someone to take a bit of the pressure off during overwhelming moments in life.

And in many ways, that’s exactly what we’ve always meant when we say:

✨ Making a difference to properties for people. ✨

I don’t think I fully understood the meaning of that when I first started this business.

But I do now. So we built our ethos round it.
