My phone isnt recognising my SIM card. My landline number is diverted to my mobile so Ive not been able to receive calls or texts since Thursday. If you have tried to call or text me I apologise. Over indulging over the Easter holidays. This Wool Carpet was unfortunately stained with vomit. The customer acted quickly and called RP CLEAN - Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to see if we could help. Acting fast, Not adding 'off the shelf' cleaning products and calling a professional with product and fibre knowledge gave this the best chance of removal.

It's understandable to think that every item of Furniture and piece of Fabric, including Carpet is the same, but it's not. Different Fibres respond differently to different cleaning products and methods, sometimes with irreversible consequences if not done properly. At RP Clean we survey every item before cleaning. After seeing and reading all kinds of 'Hacks' around Carpet & Upholstery cleaning, often being shared around social media, I thought Id try some of them out on a range of different fabrics with varying fibre content.
I chose 4 'Hacks' and applied one to each of the 4 corners of the Fabric.
Would you be happy if you followed the advice of an untrained 'influencer' and this was the outcome?
