Beam job completed with a view today 👌

Rust and loose paint were taken control of with multiple passes of the laser, cleaning the steel back and giving the surface a much better base before primer.

Laser cleaning was a good option here because it removed the surface contamination in a controlled way, without heavy blasting or messy chemicals, helping the primer bond properly before the final protective paint goes on.

Being mobile also made this handy for the customer — we brought the laser to them and carried out the work on site.

The beam has now been primed and is ready for its protective top coat, helping it last much longer than if it had been left untreated.

Another job completed for a returning customer 🔥

This car part came to us with rust, old paint and surface build-up. Using our laser cleaning process, we stripped it right back and prepared the surface ready for painting.

It can now be sent off for paint and fitted back onto the car, giving the customer a restored part without needing to replace it.

A sample piece we took in for a garage to show what laser cleaning can do 🔥

This part had heavy rust, old coating and surface build-up, but instead of replacing it with new, the customer wanted to see if it could be cleaned back and reused.

Using the laser, we stripped it back and prepared the surface ready for paint, giving the garage a clear example of what’s possible for restoration and repair work.

Another stage of this car restoration job coming together nicely 🔥

These parts were stripped back using our laser cleaning process, removing rust, old coatings and surface build-up so they could be properly prepared for paint.

They’ve now been freshly painted and have started going back onto the car — making a huge difference underneath.

Next up, we’ll be moving onto the rear section, where the same process will be carried out: laser clean, prep, paint and refit.
