💛 School Holidays Notice 💛

Just a little message to let all my lovely clients know that with the school holidays now here, some cleans may need to be moved, rearranged, or occasionally cancelled.

I'm sure you can all appreciate that, as a self-employed mum of three, juggling childcare five days a week can be a challenge.

I also want to make the most of this time creating memories with my children while they're off school.

I'll do my very best to make sure everyone's cleans are completed, but I hope you understand that my children will always be my first priority.

✨ A Quick Note on Booking & Cleaning Terms ✨

Hi everyone! Just a little post to keep things clear and running smoothly for both of us 😊

🧼 Cancellations & Notice
If you need to stop your regular clean, I ask for one week’s notice. This isn’t a hobby for me—it’s my work, and last-minute cancellations affect my schedule and income. A week gives me time to fill your slot.👍🏼

🤒 Illness
If either of us is unwell, I completely understand that cancellations can happen last minute—no problem at all. Your health comes first.

💷 Payments
Payments are to be made on the day of the clean unless we’ve agreed otherwise beforehand. You wouldn’t get your hair done and say “I’ll pay next week” 🤣

✔️ Please make sure the correct amount is paid in full.

🏠 What’s Included
I clean what we’ve agreed and priced. If you’d like extra rooms or additional tasks, just let me know in advance so I can allow extra time—these will be charged accordingly.
