Not every job is a before & after! 📸

I've been a bit quiet on the photo front lately because I've been busy carrying out annual property inspections, HMO inspections and inventories for Ayup Homes around Doncaster and across South Yorkshire.

They're probably not the most exciting things to post pictures of 🤣, but they're such an important part of keeping on top of rental properties and spotting any issues before they become bigger problems.

It's nice to mix things up a bit, and I really enjoy this side of the job too! 😊

Powered right through the heat like champs… but let’s be honest, we’ve basically been running on sunshine & sweat only 😂 Brain’s officially fried, so knocking off early, ready to do it all again tomorrow lol!

Here's a sneak peek of a room and en-suite we're currently working on 👀. This one has some serious ni****ne staining (photos don't do the staining any justice!) so the transformation is going to be a good one! Finished photos will be uploaded once complete 😁

Dust gets everywhere after builders have been in 😆 but we've got it sorted with a full top-to-bottom deep clean. 🧽✨

Now looking smart and ready for the customer to put on the market and sell.
