My second and final sweep of the day was over in Middlesbrough. This one was just an annual sweep and check up. Plenty came out of this one but it’s all cleaned and ready to use to keep warm while it’s frozen outside. On that note the roads are pretty bad out there so please becareful if heading out.

Went out to look at a stove which wasn’t working efficiently, I fully stripped it, swept the liner, cleaned the stove inside and out all for £50.00.

I also offered some free advice on what may be causing the issues if they persisted which was to do with the high of the twin wall flue and where it sat in situ with the ridge of the roof.

But all clean and safe to use now while we have a real cold snap on our hands.

A lovely Stovax Limited multi fuel stove swept this morning, smoke tested and also a liner mesh fitted to stop birds getting in which was an issue the customer was having. Now all clear, safe and ready to use again right away.

Been a little quiet on here the last week as I’ve been welcoming my beautiful little daughter into the world.
