Any of my current or past clients recognise this key? I can’t ever remember using it, but may have been given it as a ‘just in case’ but I don’t recall that. Found in middle compartment of my car but never used.

Always put name tags on clients keys but with this not having one is making me think it’s not one of my clients, maybe a family member and forgot I have it😂

🔴ATTENTION TO ALL CURRENT AND ANY FUTURE CLIENTS 🔴

For all scheduled cleans, cash payments can still be made on the day of the clean. However, any payments made via bank transfer will now need to be completed before the clean takes place.

Unfortunately, I have recently found myself needing to chase payments after cleans have been completed… one in particular, where I never received the payment at all. So this change will help keep things running smoothly.

All clients are provided with my Terms & Conditions when initially booking in, where the payment details and policy are clearly outlined. It’s a shame to have to make these changes, but people need to remember that this is my income, this is what pays my mortgage, my bills etc.

Following the sad loss of my Grandad at the end of November, and during the period in which my Nanna became seriously unwell over Christmas, I reduced my working hours to prioritise caring for her.

My Nanna sadly passed away on the 23rd of January 😢

I am now taking a short period of time away from work to process these significant losses. I plan to return within the next couple of weeks and will resume my normal working hours.

My diary is now open for new clients 📆
