💰 Salary: £24,785 - £28,000 per annum + bonuses

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of exterior cleaning services at residential and commercial properties. You will take pride in your work, deliver high-quality results and represent Rhapso Services professionally when dealing with customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Gutter cleaning and maintenance
• Roof and exterior surface cleaning
• General exterior cleaning and maintenance
• Safely operating cleaning equipment
• Assessing and preparing surfaces before cleaning
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Providing excellent customer service
• Communicating professionally with customers
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Working efficiently to achieve daily targets
What We're Looking For.....
Essential:
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and motivated
• Good physical fitness and able to carry out manual work
• Good attention to detail
• Customer-service focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
• Must be aged 21 or over
• Basic IT skills
Desirable, but not essential:
• Previous exterior cleaning experience
• Experience using professional cleaning equipment
• Sales or customer-facing experience
Full training will be provided, so previous exterior cleaning experience is not essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
