A Blitz and Bloom Summer ⛱️ 🦀

Blitz & Bloom Cleaning is ticking along beautifully this summer, and we’re so grateful to our amazing customers for being flexible while we juggle work with school holiday chaos.

We’ve been managing to squeeze in our routine cleans and have even welcomed a few new clients.
At the same time, we’ve been soaking up every moment with the littlest blooms. We feel so lucky to live on our beautiful Isle of Wight.

The days have been filled with (a lot of) crabbing, messy play, magical potions, jellyfish spotting, and throwing sand around on beach adventures. For cleaners’ kids, they sure do love getting grubby...and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Routine Cleans – £30/hr
(That’s TWO cleaners for the price – so 2 hours = 4 cleaner hours!)

🌸🌱 Easter Holidays Update 🐣🌷

Somehow, we’ve juggled our first school holiday with the children at home and kept Blitz & Bloom running!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks of poorly kids, packed days out, routine cleans, new clients, pre sale cleans, and spring cleans!

Brogan squeezed in driving lessons and also passed her driving test! She's now on the hunt for a car. Kayleigh’s been on taxi duty since day one and has been doing an amazing job! 🙏But it’ll be nice to share the load (and give her poor car a breather from all the cleaning gear and toys).

Being mums to young kids means we’ve had to really lean on each other this Easter. We’ve juggled childcare, cleaning jobs and roped in our very patient partners, all while keeping the business ticking. It’s been a team effort from all sides, and we’ve come out of it feeling pretty proud (and a bit knackered).

Huge thanks to our brilliant customers for being so flexible and kind, it’s made such a difference.

Now school’s back, our own houses are probably due a deep clean! But for now, we’re having a well-earned breather… and maybe a few chocolate eggs.🐣

We just want to say a massive thank you to all our wonderful new customers for supporting our new business! We’ve been blown away by how many of you have signed up for routine cleans, and we are so grateful to be keeping busy doing what we love.

A special thank you for your flexibility over the Easter holidays – as two mums with young children, juggling it all can be a challenge, and your understanding has really helped us!
