1)Toyota Land Cruiser
Degrees,wire wheel off,
Tape up suspension joints & brakes
Full underside of vehicle to protect from spray,
To then Layer up Stone Chip protection from chips & rust build up.
2)Clean/Prep&Paint all 4Hub caps
3)Wheels refurbished with new Rubber.
4)Prep & Paint front & Rear Bumpers .
5)Front Grill paint detailed to match the Bumpers (taped & painted).
6) Removed (mud flaps) repair prep & texture coating.
7) Vehicle Body a full Mop & polish, detail
8)Clean up original badges re tape, fit X4.
Hand over To a very happy Customer ready for the Shows...

Another little job
Classic motorcycle air shocks and springs
Removed 2 layers of paint from previous years of paint build up, after taping up shock seal rod so not to damage seal/rod .
Removed bushes
Repaint to customs choice (possibly standard colours)
do look good in correct colour shades..

Vauxhall Cavalier GSI MK3 a rare car on the roads nowadays.
Carry out sill and rear wheel arch repairs to both sides of vehicle for paint blistering (scabbing) vehicle had never been welded luckily we weren't about to start 👍.
Ground the paint back (blistering) treated the metal, stone chipped, skimmed and repainted
Polish up (mop)

Peugeot Boxer van damaged over a previous repair from another body shop.
Old filler removed as was the panel point of damage.Removed racking and panel boarding inside vehicle to be able to knock out the damage. Damage from inside ( had originally been filled over) 2ftlong + new damage to door shut. All damage Knocked out, fill and reshape to panel shape perfection, prep/primer and Paint, mop buff/polish paintwork refit side moulding

Part2- Toyota Land Cruiser
Customer was that made up with the work carried out on the Drivers side , roof and bonnet (perfect Paintwork and job carried out) We then had the rest of the vehicle to paint .
We did find some rot to cut out of the nearside front lower wing as the wings are very rare/ unobtainable..
Strip up for cracked wing gaskets (X4 wings) to then shape in sealant to making gaskets look new again.
This was done as the gaskets weren't available anymore...
Check the MIRROR FINISH on the paintwork after mop polishing...

Front bumper almost in 1/2.
(Had a previous repair)
Removed old repair filler,
carry out as followed :-
Staple & plastic weld repair, fibreglass
& Shape in
Prep & repaint.
Rear bumper:- sand out Kirby scuff, filler & prep for paint.
Boot lid and mirrors:- sand out lacquer peal, mask up after prep for paint.
Removed & refitted front bumper for repair.
Reshape damaged grills , repaint black (X3 piece)refit.
Looked as good as new 👌😁
