With some of my clients I have a service where I have lunch with them. This has massive benefits with mental health especially if that person lives alone with no living relatives or is far from family and as we all associate meal times as a social gathering it can become lonely. My clients I have lunch with have all said that they enjoy meal times a lot more and feel that can finish a meal more easily.
