We deal mainly in industrial roofing, cladding and the maintenance of the building envelope, but fixing leaks and pest proofing is our speciality. We have also developed a unique fragile roof access system designed to promote safe working on asbestos and other fragile roof types. As a result of this we have started a sister company called Asbe

This system can be made bespoke for any roof type, Asbestoglide has been demonstrated to the HSE, who provided very positive feedback, and in November 2014 we demonstrated for the Advisory Committee for Roofsafety (ARC). We are also the only company in the area to be approved by Asbestoseal & Blocksil, which are in the process of becoming BBA approved. This is a revolutionary British made liquid waterproofing membrane that is suitable for all types of industrial, civic, water proofing & water controlled applications and as it is halogen and solvent free so it is ideal for the food industry. As part of our maintenance programme we are DOFF approved. DOFF is a steam based cleaning system unlike any other available on the present market, and can achieve temperatures of 150 degrees C at the nozzle end. It can remove moss, algae, fungi & other biological matter; it also kills any spores thus preventing the need for any chemical use. It can also remove chewing gum, graffiti, bird or vermin foul & wax coatings, which make it ideal for the food industry, Caldan are the locally approved contractors for the use of this system in your area.

good morning people, just the right time of the year to be working on a outdoors, -20 and dropping, fingers so cold that they're gonna snap, why couldnt i have a job indoors, warm and cozy...even the rat in the office has left its that cold..be careful today!!

its got to stop raining soon, we have so many leaks to fix, if it could rain between the hours of 2am and 6am and dry for the rest of the day, i would be happy, any religious types ok there want to ask the big guy for a favour....i would be grateful

Well done to Corby Kingswood Kestrels U 14, they won the league last night with a 3-2 victory against Burton Youth, a hat trick by Lee Abraham, John Oxborrow played with a broken wrist and Stuart Littlejohn broke his wrist early in the 2nd half, stayed on and made two stunning crosses to Lee to win the game, the Kestrals are sponsered by Caldan Services Ltd
