To our existing customers,

We've made to make the difficult decision to raise our prices. Due to being our first family venture, we originally priced ourselves aggressively to be able to get people to take a chance on using a new service.

Now you have been using us regularly and seen the quality of our work and friendly demeanour, we hope you'll agree this price increase is in line with the quality of the work we provide.

We are trying to teach our young children the value of hard work, and that also, manual work as a career is not something to be sneered at.

We are not raising the price just for profit; we started this business with no prior experience as to the running costs and working life of equipment and tools we use.
This price increase will allow us to buy replacement tools when they fail, without down time. Sometimes if a tool breaks on a job, it can be the difference between earning a day's wage or having nothing.

We thank you for using us so far, and hope that despite the price increase, you will see the value is still great and that you can continue to depend on us.
