Where it all began with the first Handbag I restored. This ALLSAINTS handbag was sun bleached and I was asked if I could help. I accepted the challenge and both myself and the owner were pleasantly surprised. 4 years later and the bag is still as good as new without any touch ups. One very happy customer.

The whole aim of the game for Drop Your Bags is to bring your bags bag to life. And with a clean up and restore, that’s exactly what I did with this catwalk handbag. Not only was I pleased with the result, but the owner was over the moon.

So this briefcase was one of the main reasons why I started up Drop Your Bags. I have spent the last 8 years cleaning and restoring mostly motorcycle clothing. The owner of this briefcase is a biker, but hoped that I’d be able to help with his 20 year old briefcase. It had a lot of history and did everything he needed it to. It had dried out and lost the colouring. So it was my mission to bring this back to life to give him a few more years with it.
