Clients contact me each time they would like a clean, and appointments are made based on my availability.

I don't supervise children or pets.

I don't move heavy furniture or work in unsafe or obstructed environments.

I work best when the home is ready for cleaning (surfaces clear, floors accessible).

The guidance issued by the government was updated on 02/05, which now further clarifies that domestic cleaners can continue to carry out work in people's homes, provided that the worker has no coronavirus symptoms as well as continuing to follow all guidance on excellent hygiene and maintaining a two-metre distance from household occupants as far as possible.

The most important thing we can do is to stay alert, control the virus, and in doing so, save lives.

The government also published further specific guidance on 11/05 for tradespeople (including cleaners) for carrying out work inside people's homes here.

New updates 13th May 2020
Hope all is well.
We are happy to share that we're beginning to resume services with some of our businesses operating on a limited schedule.
To all customers that are still working from home and all family members are still in the premises, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to provide our services yet. We are of course excited to see and speak with all our customers, but as we return on a limited schedule, it may take longer than usual to book a time to clean your home. As we return, I have developed our homesafe cleaning system that guarantees the health and safety of you, family and us. Hope you can understand why we are making these decisions. As soon as possible we are sending you the following information about our services yet as we have to comply with NHS and Public Health England guidelines.
