This one followed on from our last post 👇

During the roof clean, we noticed the client’s flat roof was a bit worse for wear. The fibreglass had started to deteriorate and was no longer fully protecting the surface.

We recommended a solution and installed a fresh layer of liquid rubber to seal, protect, and extend the life of the roof 💪

Now it’s fully watertight and looking as good as new 👌

It’s always worth keeping an eye out for issues like this during a clean — prevention is better than a costly repair later on.
