For any other business owners out there, im sure you hear the phrase the customer is always right.

I'm going to be controversial here and say I don't entirely agree with that sentiment.

After receiving feedback about one of my team this week, I was told I should sack them, as they are sh*t. (I also interestingly later learnt, said customer tried to poach them🧐)

I listened, I took any constructive criticism on board to feedback to them but this member of my team works bloody hard, recieves amazing feedback ordinarily and is human, where on occasion, mistakes can be made.

As long as my team listen and learn from these, I'm not going to agree the customer is always right and sack a valued team member, off the back of a snap shot of her work.

I will always have my teams back where credits due, whilst also listening to costumers comments and feedback.

This customer was told by her landlord the oven was beyond cleaning and would need replacing at her expense.

We knew our guy Mark, from clean and sparkling would have something different to say about that.

This was cleaned using no gloves because all his products are eco friendly, like ours. Allowing us to work away in the kitchen alongside him with no nasty chemical fumes.

Anyone booking a deep clean through Happy Planet, also booking an oven clean receives a reduced rate for Mark's services and we sort all the scheduling for you to coincide with our own clean.
