We sincerely apologize for the inconsistencies and challenges experienced by our customers regarding service washes in the last couple of weeks at the laundrette. Regrettably, our recent efforts did not yield the improvements we had aimed for.
We want to reassure you and all our loyal customers that starting Monday, May 6th, you will encounter a familiar face—one who has consistently demonstrated excellent customer relations and provided the level of service you deserve.
Moving forward, we commit to ensuring that there will always be a staff member present on-site to address any concerns or queries.
