When we say we’re “cleaning your windows” — we mean exactly that! ✅

Glass, frames, sills AND doors — cleaned on every single visit.

(Unless you tell us otherwise, of course)

As I mentioned in my last post, me and the lads now have fewer scheduled cleans per day than we’ve had in a long time. We’ve spread the work across more team members — which means more time, more effort, and a proper job done right every time.

A quick note 👇🏼

If you’re booked in for a first clean or a one-off, we might need a second visit to get them truly perfect. Sometimes the glass just needs to dry after that initial clean so we can go back over it and finish the job flawlessly.

And that second visit? Completely free 👌🏼

WE’RE BACK‼️ (Although truthfully, we never went anywhere)

But some changes needed making — and that’s exactly what we’ve done 👍🏼

🔹 A full admin team. No more missed calls, unanswered texts, or problems slipping through the cracks. Special requests, questions, whatever you need — it now gets handled properly and promptly. Admin was never my strong point, so I’ve brought in the right people to make sure it is.

🔹 More cleaners, fewer houses each. We’re adding a fourth window cleaner to the team. That means fewer houses per day for the lads — more time, more care, and a faultless finish on every single clean.

🔹 More ways to pay. Direct Debit, Cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bank Transfer — whatever’s easiest for you. Simple and hassle-free.

And finally, an apology 🙏🏼

Over the last six months we struggled to keep up with demand — and I’ll be honest, the service and the admin side didn’t always meet the standard you deserve. That’s on me. I’ve made real, drastic changes to put it right, because this is a business I want to be genuinely proud of.

So thank you — every single one of you — for sticking with us.
