Before you send your trainers to me, please let me know if you’ve already tried cleaning them yourself and what products you’ve used (for example: bleach, stain removers, washing powder, magic erasers, or any other cleaning products).

Knowing what’s already been used helps me choose the safest and most effective cleaning method. Some products can affect the materials or react differently during the cleaning process, so the more I know, the better I can care for your trainers.
