Let’s be honest… gents toilets are NEVER an easy one! 🤢🤣

Booked in at 7pm last night and by 9am this morning, we were in there battling the grime like our lives depended on it! 💪😂

✨ Grime? Gone.
✨ Smells? Gone.
✨ Dirt? DEFEATED.

One more student accommodation completed! 🧽✨

With end of tenancy fast approaching, it’s all hands on deck getting everything fresh before they head back home and we can do a full deep clean on this property.

After plenty of end-of-year parties 🍻🎉, this place definitely needed some TLC, but we’ve got it looking clean again.

Just to clarify how our booking system works:

We’ve been running our business for almost 2 years, and the system we use has worked really well for both us and our clients. If we only have our regular clients booked in on a particular day, we can usually provide a more accurate arrival time because we know our route. However, if we have first-time clients, additional bookings, or appointments that have been moved from another day, we provide an estimated arrival window (for example, between 11:00am and 2:00pm).

This allows us to give every home the time and attention it deserves without rushing through a clean.

As a result of a situation we have had today, we’ll now be introducing a 20% deposit for all general cleans, as well as our other cleaning services. This helps protect our business and our time. Please remember this is our livelihood and our only source of income, helping to put food on the table for our families.

A lot of people assume that because there are two of us, we finish much faster. In reality, that’s not always the case. We charge per property, not per hour, because every home is different. One visit might take an hour, while the next could take three hours depending on the condition of the property and what’s needed that day.

If we are ever running behind for any reason, we will always send you a message to keep you updated.

We truly appreciate everyone who supports our small business and thanks to all of our wonderful clients for your understanding and continued support. 💚

One of our lovely regular clients has matt kitchen cupboards, and they show every little fingerprint. I spent around 5 minutes on each cupboard carefully removing all those stubborn marks—and the difference speaks for itself! 🤩

Matt finishes look amazing, but they definitely need a little extra TLC to keep them looking their best.
