Based in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire we are able to cater for cleaning throughout most of Hertfordshire, Essex & North London. we offer a full service and specialise in Window Cleaning whereby we strive to maintain the highest standards possible and ensure customer satisfactio

n by cleaning Windows, Doors, Gutters, Conservatories including the whole of the frame and the sills. In general we offer either a monthly or bi-monthly and one off window cleaning service for residential cleaning. We would ideally like to visit your property to discuss access and to enable us to give you the most cost effective estimate but this is not always necessary. We can also offer competitive quotations for commercial cleaning and less frequent cleans. Pro-Tech use a range of cleaning methods to ensure both the satisfaction of our clients and the safety of our team. For external window cleaning we use both traditional applicator/squeegee method and the new innovative pure waterfed pole method. Pure water cleaning has fast become the window cleaners weapon of choice for more than one reason. Water is purified of all minerals and unwanted extras before application to the windows, the light weight soft and scratch free brush is used to loosen any build up, then the weight of the water carries any residual dirt down and away from the area being cleaned. Once dried there are no streaks or marks left because there is no requirement to use detergent with this process and all minerals have been removed from the water giving you a perfectly clear finish every time. A full premium service is offered for cleaning of Windows, Doors, Conservatories, Guttering, Cladding and many other external property items.

Pro-Tech Cleaning offer Domestic and Commercial Exterior Cleaning including Window Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Render, Conservatory, Driveway and Patio Cleaning.

Pro-Tech Cleaning is a small business with a view to growth in the next 2 years. So salary and position improvements potential available.

A positive attitude is essential.

Reliability and Punctuality absolute must.

Experience may be useful but not necessary as training provided.

The Job will entail regular and one off cleaning of mostly Domestic Properties in and around the locality of Cheshunt but also further around Hertfordshire and Essex. All Equipment, Uniform, Tools Vehicles and Training Provided.

Working at Height and from a Ladder will be required at times. However where possible work will be completed from the ground utilising Waterfed Poles and other safer alternatives.

Hours are approximately 7am - 4pm Mon - Fri and some Saturdays (Additional Pay) may also be required.

The job comprises external cleaning of Roofs, Gutters, Windows, Driveways and patios. Mostly waterfed pole work, jetwashing and applying chemical treatments.

Daily tasks vary each day and range from full external house cleaning to window cleaning of high rise buildings. The applicant should be willing to be flexible on a daily basis. Some ladder work will be required and some jobs will require roof access via ladder so experience of working at height is preferred although where possible cleaning is conducted from ground level. The majority of work is outside. Uniform provided.

Basic maths and English essential. You will be required to interact with customers, build relationships and sell extra services. If you can sell extra services to customers you have the ability to earn more here. This is as much a sales organisation as a cleaning company. Targets will be set and achieved.

Most important attribute for candidates is a positive mental attitude.

Must be able to work on own innitiative or as part of a team

A driving licence is essential. Please do not apply if you do not have a clean driving licence. Vehicle provided.

Experience of using waterfed pole for window would help but full training provided.

This is a FULL TIME, EMPLOYED PAYE POSITION. All equipment and training provided. Hours are Mon-fri 7am - 4pm roughly and some Saturday mornings as required(overtime). 28 days holiday. All taxes paid.

For the right person with a get up and go attitude this role has the potential to grow from team member to team leader or commission based role with bigger earning potential.

Company is based in cheshunt, Hertfordshire and applicants local to this should apply.

Salary is £26k - £28k year 1. Some overtime and commission may be available with potential to increase this significantly if you have a solid work ethic.
